Offense

• Run straight
• Support the ball carrier from a position of depth
• Be patient

Defense

• Stay in a flat line
• Stay with your check

• Lead team-mates with the pass
• Run straight

Start:  The ball is place in the middle of the playing area and the teams race for possesion.

Score:  The team must progress the ball into the opponents territory by running and passing.  They score by crossing the try line and touching the ball down.

Prevent Score:  The defending team prevents scoring by causing the offensive team to run out of bounds or commit a forward pass.

*  The defending team must stay in front of the ball.  The ball carrier must stop and place the ball between his/her legs when tagged by a defender.
 
 
 

•  Grids of about 15 x 15 meters hold two teams of 4-5 players.
• There are two sidelines and two in-goal areas.
