"DOG": Task Outline
Tactical Problem: Aim and Force for Scoring
Skill focus: Shooting for varied spots on court
Teaching Points: 
  • BEEF 
    • Balance - feet shoulder width, face target 
    • Elbow - in line with toe, knee, wrist 
    • Eyes - on basket 
    • Follow-through
  • Step with inside leg facing hoop for pull-up
  • Shoot with arc
  • Use legs for power
  
Organizational Points:
  • In pairs at hoop with one ball
  • One shoots, if hits shot, other must make shot
  • Switch leader when miss a shot
  • If A hits and B misses, B gets a letter (eg: "D")
  • When one spells "DOG" they lose
  • find a new pair to play
