BEEF  

  • Balance - feet shoulder width, face target  
  • Elbow - in line with toe, knee, wrist  
  • Eyes - on basket  
  • Follow-through 
  • Step with inside leg facing hoop for pull-up 
  • Shoot with arc 
  • Use legs for power 
Organizational Points:
  • Students standing 10 - 15 feet apart
  • shoot back and forth
  • Non-shooting partner give feedback
