Stick handling through cones

Tactical Problem: Maintaining possession of the ball while stick handling through cones

Skill development: Keeping the ball in control and head up looking to target area

Teaching points:

	Head up
	In control
	keep ball within a foot on stick blade
	use the middle of the blade to handle the blade

Organizational Points:

	set up 3 or more cones in straight line
	spread them about 4 feet apart
	8 lanes divide accordingly

Extensions

	Decrease distance between cones
	speed up pace

Simplify

	Increase space between cones
	decrease pace to walking pace
