Organizational Points:
  • Groups of 4 in each grid, 3 offensive players positioned with one player at each corner of the grid keeping one cone open and having 1 defender in the middle of the grid
  • Offensive players must run to the open cone and be ready to receive a pass at that open cone if he is open

Simplifications:

  • Have defender play passive defence
  • Increase the size of the grid so passers have much greater area to pass in and easier to pass the ball by the defender

Extensions:

  • Defender plays live defence
  • Defender must get 1 touch on the ball to become a passer
  • Defender must gain possession of the ball to become a passer
  • Decrease the size of the grid
  • Passers are only allowed two touches which will increase the speed of passing
