Teaching points:

use the instep of the kicking foot (to start)

your non kicking foot should be placed next to the ball

square up to where you are passing to

keep ball on ground

cushion the ball with your foot to trap it by extending
your foot to make contact and bringing it back towards your body as you make
contact

stop ball with foot before passing back to partner
(trap)

try alternating feet so you practice both feet

use more force for crisp passes
-
when leading a partner with a pass, try to put the ball
just out in front of them so that they can
take the ball on the run without having to wait for it or try to catch up to it.
