Teaching points:

use the instep of the kicking foot to pass and also to
receive the ball when trapping it.

pivot on the same foot as you trap the ball with, while
using your non trapping foot to turn the ball and bring it with you

keep ball on ground

pretend that you are turning around an opponent and use
your body to shield the ball from the imaginary opponent

cushion the ball with your foot to trap it by extending
your foot to make contact and bringing it back towards your body as you make
contact

try alternating feet so you practice both feet

use more force for crisp passes
-
try pivoting faster as you get more comfortable
