Skill  - Knees bent, back straight, inside foot points toward direction you are going, feet don’t cross.
 
 
 

- instruct the class not to come down the same side they just went up.

- be clear on how long groups should wait so they don’t hit the group ahead of them.

- be clear that each pair is numbered 1 and 2: 

“One’s with the ball, twos in defensive position in front of them, switch on the way down.”
