Organizational Points:

one ball for a group of six

two cones ten meters apart

three players behind each cone facing other three in single file lines
facing each other

make as many groups as possible, can be done with smaller or larger numbers
(the smaller the number the less rest and the more ball touches)

Drill:
-
first player in line has ball
-
runs toward opposite line and pops ball to first player in that line (#1)
-
this player repeats action by taking ball back to next player in the opposite
line
-
receiving players should start to leave early so pops occur in the middle
-
once successful at pops, players should advance to wider passes by changing
their angles of run (#2)

after passing, introduce posting (how to score)
-
posts should be done three meters in front of opposite line for them to
have a small run up to ball before picking it up
