Teaching Points Tactic:  Keep shuttle low to net Try to get shuttle to hit net and fall over Skill: Racquet parallel to floor Lunge with racquet foot Wrist straight Contact shuttle at same time racquet foot hits the floor

Organizational Points In pairs, standing on either side of the net (2-3 yards apart) Rally back and forth keeping shuttle low to net
