explaining tasks or giving demonstrations
- Don't have your back turned to anyone
- During activities position yourself so that you are
able to see entire space as to monitor students

- Minimize transition and down time to maximize student
participation and learning
- Clearly describe activities and keep demos short
- Use appropriate teaching styles for the given activities
including teaching supports such as inclusion style task sheets or reciprocal
style criteria sheets
