Aim: If you win the 50/50 ball - To score on your opponent’s goal
If you do not win the 50/50 ball - Defend your goal and try to gain possession.
If possession is gained try to score on your opponent’s goal.
Rules 1. You must stay behind the line until the coach releases the ball and calls your number
2. You must pass the ball through the net
3. No slide tackling
