Pass the Ball with your Feet

Add an Active Defender Add a Passive Defender

Run on the line between 2 cones (sides of the square) *need to add an extra player(s) to each group*

Add an Active Defender Add a Passive Defender

Increase the number of Defenders

For every 3 passes completed successfully add another defender

Decrease the number of Defenders

Have the Defender play Passively

Head Up - Look before you pass

                   (find the open teammate)

Square Up - Face your target when 

                       passing

Pass & Move - Move to elude the 

                    defender(s) to receive a pass

Misdirection - Trick the defender by

                                     faking
