3v3 Small Court Game

Aim of game: To send the ball into your opponent’s court, making them move for it

Rules:

1.1st player stand in their court with the ball and serves it over the line to their partner

2.The two players have a one-touch rally, trying to elude their partner

3.A player gains a point if the ball lands in their opponents court or they hit the ball out of bounds

Equipment:1 volleyball per pair, 4 cones per pair

Tactical Awareness:

SPACE: Send your partner moving into space, position yourself in the centre of your partner’s target area

TIME: How much time you need to get under the ball and send it back

FORCE: How hard to send the ball into the opponent’s court to have it land in the desired location without going out of bounds
