Hoop Target Game

Aim of game: To serve the ball over the net and have it contact the target

Rules:

1.The server stands on one side of the net at mid-court

2.They try to serve the ball over the net and have it land on the target

3.Partner retrieves the ball and sends it back under the net to the server

Equipment: Net up, 1 volleyball per pair, 1 target per pair

Tactical Awareness:

SPACE: Send the ball to the appropriate target, position of contact hand pointing to target on follow-through

TIME: Time in the air so that it will land in appropriate spot

FORCE: Sufficient force for the ball to clear the net and land on the target
