Phase One - Preparatory Phase:

-Hand is up presenting a target

Phase Two - Wind Up Phase
-Keep eyes on the target
-Get base into low ready position to absorb the ball
Phase Three - Force Phase:
-See the target into both hands
-Eyes continue to stay on the object
-Wide base
-Soft hands to absorb the pass
Phase Four: Recovery Phase:
-Absorb the ball into body for control
-Anticipate next play - running or passing
