Skills: Incorporates movement, cradling and scooping into a fun active game.

Rules:

1.Have 4 different teams, each team has a home base (cone) surrounded by 6 balls.

2.Players attempt to scoop a ball from another teams cone and bring it back to their home base

3.A Player is only allowed to take one ball at a time, and they must run back to their own cone

4.Only allowed one defender at home base

5. 5.The team with the most balls in their home base at the end of the game will be victorious.
   

6. 6.No slashing opponents carrying the ball
   

7. 7.If tagged when stealing a ball, tagged player must return to home base
   
   

Progressions:

- You can change the number of balls and the distance to the nests.
