Understanding
Castle student demo - Rules One bounce, must go above head, try to hit
the castle

girls, one Penny. Nice and Low to

TASK 2 - SKILL REFINEMENT - Positioning idea and
off-the-ball movement
Skill - Alex and Tim Side step Mirroring each other.
Opposite space.
Management for pairs side-stepping - “Footwork drill - Number yourselves One and Two. Ones put your hands up.”
Class side-stepping with feedback from Tim - Pushing off the outside foot
Space Opposite your partner - Pretend going to throw. Student demon.
Face the space - Feedback - Management “That’s it Christopher.”

CULMINATING ACTIVITY - Game play leading into court
