Declarative knowledge - whats of a skill, the technical cues of a motor skill - CUES
For example the CUES for a quick change of direction- bend knees, legs shoulder width apart, on balls of feet, push-off outside foot and arms out for balance.
When analyzing a motor skill develop a progression of cues based on the phases of a skill (Carr, 1996).
