Game/Task Outline
Tactical Problem: Students must maintain possesion of the ball in order to score by making a complete pass to a teammate in the opponents end zone
Skill development: TSWBAT effectively maintain possession of the ball (on the ball skills) by dribbling and finding the open space or open player to pass to.
  • Teaching points:
    • minimum 3 touches per team before scoring
    • the pass to the player in end zone must be direct and not obstructed
    • emphasize passing angles
    • quick movement
    • calling for the ball
    • once team has scored it is the other teams ball
    Organizational Points: 
    • Students will now use 2 widened quadrants for 6 players
    • teams with pinnies will play teams without pinnies (rotate pinnie teams after certain amount of time)
