Game/Task Outline
Tactical Problem: finding your partner in open space
Skill development: instep pass and trapping along with movement
  • Teaching points:
    • object is to pass ball to partner and to stop ball on any of the 4 cones 
    • keep eye on partner and target
    • use instep of foot for passing
    • non kicking foot beside ball when passing
    • recover to get ready for next pass
    Organizational Points: 
    • students in pairs who pair up with another pair
    • number students 1-4
    • 1's go and get ball
    • 2's go and get 2 different colored pinnies
    • 3's go and get cones
    • 4's go and find space to play
