EQUIPMENT:

all balls not
in use are kept contained in proper area (ie. bin or hula hoop)

equipment spread out if a variety
of equipment is needed in the lesson

equipment is set out to match students'
skill level

students are assigned numbers when
in groups to delegate who gets and puts away what equipment ("ones go get
a ball, twos go find an open space")
SPACE:
-
use as much of the gym or field
as possible

provide adequate space between grids
to eliminate confusion

make sure teacher is able to supervise
amount of space set out

allow students enough space to perform
task effectively / safely

teacher should be close enough to
provide frequent feedback

the grid is an effective tool to
space class (can extend and simplify easily)
