TACTICAL PROBLEM: Moving partner out of a good ground position, and exposing their back to the mat using your opponent’s reaction to set up an offensive attack.

yells British Bulldog the students try to get to the other side of the mat on
their hands and knees without having their back exposed by the student in the

1. So you have a good knowledge and skill of
different techniques to use on your opponent. Also by practicing the tilts,
they will be easier to execute in a match 2. Use set ups.
