Lesson 10 1. The director of that film was very elegant. He wore a white silk shirt, brown pants and a beautiful black leather jacket. 2. Yesterday when I returned home I was very tired. I took off my my coat, my sweater, my dress, my stockings and went to bed. I slept ten hours! 3. We saw a strange movie at the festival. It had subtitles and the actors were terrible. We understood absolutely nothing! 4. Now I like documentaries that deal with the problems of life but when I was young I used to like comedies. I would go to the movies every Saturday. 5. Have you seen that new science fiction movie? The special effects are fantastic and the sound track is great. In fact, I bought it last week. 6. Last night I met the actress that was in Roberto Benigni's latest film. She was very nice but she was wearing gaudy clothes and gym shoes. How strange! 7. They found out that Giorgio is now a designer in Milan. He is a real celebrity and wears only purple clothes. 8. The German psychologists were reading (some) long dialogues while they were waiting for the French producer; he was late and they were bored!
