Lesson 4

1. In the morning at the coffee shop I order freshly squeezed orange juice, a coffee, and a glass of mineral water. Usually I don't eat.

2. ** Gianna, what are you doing the day after tomorrow?
    I'm busy.
    ** And Friday night?
    I'm reading a long book.
    ** And Saturday morning?
    I have a dance lesson.
    ** Oh. I'm sorry.

3. - What's playing at the theatre tonight?
    - Nothing special.
    - Well then, are we going to dance (a bit) at the disco? It closes late.
    - Why not?!

4. My friends often lose patience with the waiters in (the) restaurants. The waiters argue about politics and don't bring the ham sandwich and the lemonade!

5. - Do you like tea, sir? Where do you buy tea? Which tea do you buy? How much money do you spend? Why do you drink tea?....
    - You ask a lot of questions, Miss!

6. How many books do you read? When do you read magazines? How much time do you have to (for) read? Which is your favourite book?

7. - Andrea and Bettina, do you know Mr. Cavoli?
    - The man with the tickets? No, I don't think so. He is Sardinian, right? We only know his daughter.

8. - Excuse me, at what time do the banks close in the evening?
    - They close at 1:30 p.m.
    - Oh, no! I am taking a trip to Italy and I need money!
    - Well then, you are taking a short trip...
