Lesson 1

Tactical Problem: Maintaining possession of the Ball

Lesson focus: Passing and pass receiving

Skill objective: Learn how to move into space, get open in space, how to create space for teammates

4 vs. 4 possession game

Culminating Game:

End ball

Lesson 2

Tactical Problem: Creating space through drawing defenders toward you and maintaining possession

Lesson focus: stickhandling

Skill objective: how to stickhandle and when you need to execute stickhandling

Introductory task/game

Introductory Game

Stickhandle for your life!!!

Skill/Concept development tasks/games

	Lane stick handling
	Stick handling through cones

Culminating Game:

4 vs. 4 mini game

Lesson 3

Tactical Problem: Creating space to shoot and making shot count

Lesson focus: shooting

Skill objective: shooting to open space of goal and moving to shooting position

Tactical Problem: Combining offensive skills to create space in attack

Lesson focus: attacking

Skill objective: use skills and tactics from previous lessons to attack opponents end effectively
