Game Objective:  To hit a designated target.

Teaching Cues:

• Backhand and catching cues (see circle throw drill ).

 
 Game Rules:

• You cannot attempt goal from beginning line twice once you have already started.
• All teams rotate in the same direction to the next station.
  

• set up a "disc golf" course by having different stations around playing area.
• each station should have a starting line and a target (i.e.cone, specific spot on wall) to aim at.
• vary the target distance and target size for each station.
  
• each team member should record how many shots per station to calulate total score.
