Passing Relay
Aim
To be the first team to pass the pucks from one end to the other with each team mate touching the puck.
Rules
1)Puck must start at one end and finish at the other
2)Puck must be passed to each cone
3)If the pass is not successfully received it must go back to the beginning

Organization and Set up
- Divide the class into groups of 6
- Have one student at each spot with a stick.
- All the pucks are to be at one end
- When the teacher says go, the first person will pass the puck to the next student and continue down the line.
- Assign one member of each group to retrieve sending and receiving equipment
Possible Modifications
- Increase/Decrease distance
- More cones

Stick Handling Relay
Aim
To be the first team to stick handle the pucks from one end to the other with each team mate touching the puck.
Rules
1)Puck must start at one end and finish at the other
2)Puck must be stick handled to each cone
3)You must stick handle and not just push the puck to your team mate

On-the-ball skills: Stick Handling
Organization and Set up
- Divide the class into groups of 6
- Have one student at each spot with a stick.
- All the pucks are to be at one end
- When the teacher says go, the first person will stick handle to the next student and that person will continue down to the next in line.
- Assign one member of each group to retrieve sending and receiving equipment
Possible Modifications
- Increase/Decrease distance
- More cones
- Each student must stick handle around the cones and back before the next person can go

Four Sided Hockey
Aim
To score a goal by shooting the puck through one of the four goals

Rules
1)Three passes before you can score
2)If the puck goes out of bounds it is given to the other team.
3)Scoring is achieved by making three passes then passing through the marked goal area.
4)After scoring the other team starts with puck from goal scored in
5)Cannot score in the same goal two times in a row

All Tactical, Off-the-ball skills and On-the-ball skills
Organization and Set up
- Divide the class into groups of 4.
- Have them play a mini game of floor hockey but with a goal on each side line
- Assign one member of each group to retrieve sending and receiving equipment
Possible Modifications:
- Place a cone as the goal target
- More or less passes needed before you can score
