Conference fee: $10.00

Accommodaton and meals: $180.83 + GST

Meals (no accommodation): $74.90 + GST

How to Register

Step 1 - Conference Registration

Complete the online registration form. Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card on-line via a secure server. All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.

Confirmation of your registration

When you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server, as well as credit card payment notification receipt from Moneris.

If payment is made by cheque, your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.  Once payment is processed a payment confirmation will be e-mailed to the account provided on your registration.

Cancellations and Refunds

Full refunds, will be granted to cancellations received by April 21, 2013. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Receipts

Please print out your receipt from the web as this will be your original copy.

Step 2 - Abstract Submission

Complete this abstract submission form (MS Word document) with your information and include your abstract. Save the form to your desktop using your surname as part of the file name. Create an email addressed to loonlake2012@gmail.com. Attach the completed form you saved to your desktop and click send.
