BLOCK PLAN - Ten Lesson Squash unit

The Block Plan is an outline of how 10 squash lessons might unfold. It was made considering that the class could progress quite quickly especially if they have had experience with other racket sports. If this did not occur, as expected each lesson or skill development could be expanded into two or three lessons.
