Tactical/Skill Development:

In this lesson we are focusing on the tactical ability of adjustment, and continuing the culmination of tactical and skill development that has been going on throughout the unit.

Adjusting - movement of the player, offensively or defensively, as required by the play of the object in the game.

This ability addresses the tactical problems of when and where to move in relation to the ball. 

The skills used to address these tactical problems that are being developed in this lesson include base, receiving and sending the ball, and retaining the ball.
