Principal Investigator: Prof. Jeremy Wulff (wulff@uvic.ca) (he, him)
Jeremy grew up in the bustling metropolis of Royston, BC (pop. 1200) and spent a very enjoyable 7 years on a BSc at UVic. He left the West coast for a PhD and postdoc, but fortunately was able to return in 2007 to begin his independent resarch career. Dr. Wulff was promoted to associate professor with tenure in 2013, and full professor in 2018. His research contributions have been recognized with a Canada Research Chair (Tier II) from 2012–2022, and a Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research Career Scholar Award from 2011–2019. He received the UVic Faculty of Science Research Excellence Award in 2020, and the UVic Faculty of Science Award for Teaching Excellence in 2024. When not doing chemistry, Prof. Wulff can usually be found on the water. |
