Transcription Of Court Case

P.5

David Turner
I live very near to the house complained of almost as near as anybody. I have never heard any noises proceeding from it to annoy me—My house is in the next but one to the Dance House I can hear a faint noise coming from it—The sound of the Violin. I have heard more noise in the Theatre than I have heard come from the Dance House I have never been inside the building when I heard the noise in the Theatre is was in the Theatre. I have seen lots of Squaws outside the door of the Theatre—I have lived in the neighbourhood of this dance house some time and if this dance house had been any annoyance to me I should have complained
