Cradling

 
 






Phase 1 - Begin the Cradle


  1. -stick out in front of body with
    eyes up

- upper hand 3/4 up the stick

  1. -lower hand just above the bottom
    of the stick

  2. -begin to rotate shoulder and hands
    back










Phase 2 - Absorb the Ball


  1. -twist your shoulders and hands
    back

  2. -twist the head of your stick so
    it faces in front











Phase 3 - Cycle Forward


  1. -stick is fully rotated behind the
    body

  2. -start to twist your shoulders
    and hands back toward
    their starting position









Phase 4 - Return


- rotate your shoulders and hands

  1. -cradle the ball

  2. -look to make a pass or shot
