The following Word document explains how to fill out the peer evaluation form for the other members of your group. You can download this form, fill it in, save it with your name and group letter and email it back to me OR you can print it out, fill it in and hand it to me in class. Failure to submit a form will result in YOUR peer evaluation score being zero. I will specify the due date in class.
