Equipment
  • Have multiple bins for students to remove volleyballs from.
  • Have equipment set up before class.
  • Have a variety of equipment available.

Breaking class into small groups
  • Can be done before class.
  • Line up students from tallest to shortest and number in order.
  • Have students find partner with same/different coloured clothing.

Organization for safety
  • Remove dangerous objects from the playing area.
  • Utilize space as best as possible.
  • Beware of putting students with extreme skill differences together.
