September, 2005. Erin Leitao joins the group as a 498 project student.
August, 2005. Evan wins the Jarmila Vlasta Von Drak Thouvenelle Award, given to outstanding undergraduate students who have completed a course project
in sustainable energy systems demonstrating innovative design or research. Well done Evan!
1 May, 2005. Evan continues his 499 work into a summer project.
1 May, 2005. Samantha Kwok, NSERC undergraduate student from Queens, starts a summer project.
7 September, 2004. Chris Bryan and Evan Crawford start work on their undergraduate (499) theses.
7 September, 2004. Danielle Chisholm, graduate student, joins the group from St. Francis Xavier University.
24 August, 2004. Matt Henderson, graduate student, joins the group from the University of Calgary.
3 May, 2004. Orissa Forest starts work as a summer research assistant.
2 March, 2004. Lab opening party.
6 February, 2004. Installation of the group mass spectrometer complete. See picture on lab page.
5 January, 2004. Sarah Luettgen joins the group to carry out an undergraduate project for the spring term.
16 December, 2003. The synthesis lab in Petch 068 is completed.

1 August, 2003. Dr. McIndoe arrives at UVic. Contact details have been updated.
18 June, 2003. Nicky Farrer, who is joining the group in October for a PhD, won the Emeleus Prize for Distinction in Inorganic Chemistry along with being awarded an MSci with first-class honours from the University of Cambridge. Well done Nicky!
18 June, 2003. The Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) award Dr. McIndoe a grant from the New Opportunities Fund.
1 June, 2003. Dr Ali Nozari joins the group (in Cambridge), to begin a nine-month postdoctoral position.
