Student Registration
To register, please follow carefully the instructions below. Both students and parents are required to register and submit necessary information.

If you have not already done so, download a copy of the Information Package Get any needed Ethics Check completed BEFORE registration opens.. |

Students: To register you are required to enter: Your Name, School and Teacher Name, Project Title and project description. Registration link: Click here |
| 3 | Students: Send an email to the Science Fair Chair to confirm the ability to exchange correspondence. If the email is received correctly you will receive a response. |

Parents: This year the student online registration system will be sending the parents an invitation to complete some emergency information. This invitation will be sent after the students have completed their part of the registration and will include a unique registration number which is required to complete the parental supplied emergency information. This information is required by the same date as the registration fee and the complete project package. |

Submit your Project-Board summary report copy, signed permission and declarations form by email and pay the $35 registration fee on the VIRSF Canada Helps page. The documents for the Project and Registration fee MUST be received by the Science Fair organizers by the application deadline. NOTE: This is before the School Spring Break. |
ATTENTION: If your project involves human subjects you must get them to sign a consent form:
• Editable Consent Form. You can enter your information and print it for your subjects.
