Taryn & Colton’s Volleyball Unit
 
Welcome To Our Site! We have designed a 4 lesson volleyball unit using the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) model. By following the links above you can view our individual lesson plans, as well as additional information that we have created or drawn from to support this unit. Our goal within this unit was to enhance student understanding of different tactical approaches to volleyball; therefore, we put less emphasis on specific techniques and skills. These four lessons were designed along with BC IRP for grade eight students and include progressions beginning at an introductory level.
