Preparatory : ready position, look and square to target, shift weight
Wind Up : all weight on non-kicking foot, draw kicking foot back, laterally rotate foot, hips, and shoulders
Force : hips rotate forward, leg follows, inside of foot contacts ball
Recovery : kicking foot returns to ground and weight is redistributed
